Beginning the week of October 21st the Friends of Mount Auburn is offering special benefits in thanks for the generous support and friendship of our members. Stop in to the Visitors Center October 21-27 to receive your gift of a Friends of Mount Auburn Cemetery backpack!

Join President Dave Barnett for a special Fall Foliage Walking Tour on Thursday, October 24th at 4PM. We will visit some of Dave’s favorite places and trees in the cemetery. Refreshments will bring the walk to a warm conclusion. All new members who joined in the past year are welcome.

Join Bob Stymeist for an Evening Owl Walk  on Tuesday, October 29th at 5pM. This time of year is best to search for migrating Northern Saw-whet Owls.  We will also have a good chance of seeing or at least hearing a Great Horned or a Screech Owl. Dress warmly and bring a flashlight!
